Tea Light Candle Carver
A great idea !! It works pretty well once you get the hang of it. You must twist the device as you are inserting it, not just try to plunge it straight down. It is easier to use on softer items (like an apple) versus a tougher skinned item (like a pumpkin with a stem in it). Endless possibilities.

Makes wonderful candles
This product was recommended to me by my sister. I hosted a Halloween dinner. It made the most beautiful candle holders. I rated it a 4 out of 5 because it did really well with the apples, but I had to recruit my husband to cut the mini pumpkins. It was not quite sharp enough to do the job of anything stronger than an apple, in my opinion. However, the apples looked great. We floated them in a tin bucket filled with water.
