It's rice inside
It's a pretty good project. But, the company tries to keep secret the fact that it is just rice inside. I called the company and they said it's 100% organic and when pressed they said it's 100% natural grain. When pressed some more, they finally fessed up and said it's rice. I think the Bucky Hottie product, made from buckwheat seeds, stays warmer longer.

I love this thing
I have neck spasms from time to time from an old injury and this thing is SO soothing. I only wish it would hold the heat longer. But it's very convenient to use and provides nice moist heat.

As an added bonus, it helped keep me warm when my heater broke!

great item for sore muscles
I had one of these and used it so much for neck and shoulder aches that I needed a new one. Great product. My only complaint is this vendor was not the usual fast shipping. There was some bad weather that may have interfered though, to be fair. I would order from this vendor again though because its a great product.
