Excellent product and service
I ordered two of these chairs for my boyfriend, and they are great. Delivered on time and a great product.

Poor Quality
I bought two of these through amazon in May 2007. Within 3 months both were broken (no misuse). One broke where the plastic holds the rails together and the other where the rivet holds the fabric around the arm. No remedy offered when I contacted Amazon.
