I wanted to like this boot, but did not, and had to send it back. It was too narrow for even my narrow feet. Even though the shoe was narrow, it was longer than I would have liked. Also, there was no heel support at all, so it feels unnatural, like you heel is sinking too far back on the ground. The cuff of the boot did not fit snugly. It worked best with thick socks, and when I tried a thin sock, the shoe was a lot less comfortable, eating the sock and not staying snugly on the foot. The only plus about it was the nice leather.

When I initially tried this boot on, it was warm and fit wonderfully snug and tailored to my narrow and higher arched foot. However, as I walked around in it while out shopping for the day, the softness and support did not last and my feet became quite sore and tired.
This boot has beautiful rich leather and tailored design, but is not meant for long-lasting support or comfort like keen or merrell shoes.
