Super Food for your Body A MUST HAVE!!
One of my friends introduced me to this little "magic power" and I tell you I love it. The trick to drinking this is to mix it with other healthy items that will also make it taste better. Here is the Super Shake:

11-15 oz Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
1 TBSP Honey
3 Level TPS of GREENS PLUS
5 Ice Cubes
2 TBSP of Flax Seed Oil
1 Banana

Put everything into a blender except the GREENS PLUS. Start the blender let it mix just a little bit then take the top off while it's mixing ( make sure the stuff isnt spewing out of the top of the blender lol ) then slowly pour in the GREENS PLUS and let it get all nice and green and mixed. BAM your done.. pour it into a glass and drink it down. The flax seed is hidden by the sweetness of the banana and the honey and also the Greens plus has the grassy edge taken off it so it makes the perfect food for your system. Be sure to clean the Blender IMMEDIATELY after you're done because the GREENS PLUS will stick like cement after a while. Also this is the cheapest you will find this product on the web so buy it up now before they up the price.

Drinking an 8 oz. glass of juice with 3 tablespoons of Greens Plus once daily is equal to "eating 6 organic salads"... how could you not want to drink this stuff? Ok, I understand that when you first open the cap on the Greens Plus bottle, your mouth doesn't exactly start to water. But honestly, Greens Plus really doesn't taste bad... the trick is to mix it with juices like pomegranate, cranberry or even cherry. That's what I do ever morning and I hardly notice the Greens' flavor. I have mixed it with water as well (days when I was out of juice) and it was still fairly easy to get down. I have tried other green superfood mixes... Dear Lord, they tasted like pond scum! Compaired to those, Greens Plus is a treat! It gives you a nice energy boost and you don't have to worry if you miss a serving or two of veggies for the day. Greens Plus isn't for detoxing... it's to get your body on a healthy track. If you're ready to start giving your body what it needs, Greens Plus is a good way to start.

Here at Amazon is the only place I have found a decent price. Everywhere else this simply costs too much for what you get. It has a solid base of greens and then a lot of foo-foo that has little or no evidence of having value for your body.

All greens supplements taste weird; you need to start off mixing it with other things in your shakes to alleviate the large green taste.

I prefer "Green Kamut", to Greens+. It contains only barley and alfalfa, but I feel just as good or better using it than Greens+ and it is cheaper. Amazon sells "Green Kamut" as well.
