Great Product - Does what it says it will do
Anyone who suffers from irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, that yucky bloated feeling, etc., can benefit from using this product - All I can say is when I find a product that really works (becuase most of them don't) I tell everyone - I do modify the directions a little. I mix a heaping tablespoon of the Sonne into a very small amount of grapefruit juice (the only juice that really mixes well) in a small shaker - shake like crazy for 2 seconds and drink as fast as you can (otherwise it turns to cement) then I drink the 8 oz. of water - works like a charm for me. No gas, no accidents, nothing but normal living. It's great
