Good for Biking, Hiking, and other outdoor activities
I cycle endurance rides. Clif Shot bloks have become my fuel of choice during the rides. A half a pack every 20 miles keeps me going strong at 18-22 mph. A friend introduced them to me a little over a year ago, and I have been making do with the strawberry flavor as Amazon didn't carry the Pina Colada. When I came across them today. I ordered a case. The only downside is that the Pina Colada flavor is not available for the subscribe and save program yet.

To describe these, imagine Pina Colada flavored gummy bears. Awesome flavor, with awesome nutrient/fuel capabilities. In comparison, I haven't found one "Gu" or gel that I can remotely stomach. Theses are just Sooooo much better!
