The CMT Bowl and Tray Bit is ideal for making bowls, trays, boxes, cutting boards and many other specialty or craft items. The round corner of the bit shapes the inner radius while the sides and bottom create the smooth flat surfaces. For best results on jobs where accuracy is a priority we recommend using our top bearing bowl and tray bits shown at bottom of page. Bowl and Tray bits with top bearings are great for pattern work. Use them to create raised sign lettering, trays, and many other items.

Great Bowl Bit
Another great CMT product. Cuts in hardwood are smooth with no cutter marks. Very little sanding needed.
Good Bit
This is a replacement bit since my prior version was damaged and dull. Be careful to tighten the set screw for the bearing...it may work loose over time. Very good and prompt delivery at a good price.
