This case consists of an outer shell and a piece of spring steel taped to the inside of the case. Yes I said tape. Because I actually carry this on my person the tapes adhesive must have become warm enough to fail.

I have since glued a the spring piece back in place with gorilla glue and it has been fine.

It is a very nice design which gives you quick access to your cards without fumbling with a lid or cover.

Bottom line: If you're up for a half hour project involving glue and small binder clips in a few months, this really can be a nice case.
