Chapter 1
“You’ve been staring out the window for ten minutes,” said Sabrina. “Since the view isn’t that exciting, you must be taking a mental trip. Where’d you go? Tahiti? I’d go to Tahiti. I bet it’s not raining in Tahiti.”

“I think it rains in Tahiti, too,” Rachel Law answered, but in an absent tone. She continued to stare blindly out the window at the drizzle that was characteristic of Seattle’s winter weather.

“Winter’s getting to you,” Sabrina said. “And it’s worse for you than it is for me, because you’re a blonde. Blondes are supposed to have more fun. You are not having fun. You work all the time because you wanted that promotion, and you got it, and now you’re just staring out the window wondering if it rains in Tahiti. You need to do something fun.”

“Fun.” Rachel wondered if Sabrina had a point. When was the last time she’d done something just for fun? Lately she’d had the nagging sense that something was missing. The promotion hadn’t cured it. Maybe what she was missing was fun.

Dark-haired Sabrina Daniels wasn’t heading for early burnout, and she was always taking off to either ski or sail on weekends, depending on the season. She also liked to skydive. And lately she’d been mentioning cruises a lot.

Skiing and sailing weren’t really Rachel’s ideas of fun, and the very thought of skydiving nauseated her, but a cruise had potential. Seattle was a popular place for cruises to start and stop. It’d be convenient and easy to book a short cruise. Rachel considered the possibility. “Maybe I should do that three-day Baja cruise you were talking about.”

“Excuse me. Are you Rachel? Rachel Law? Or have aliens taken over your body and left a strange being in place who wants to experience planet Earth outside of this office?”

“Ha ha,” said Rachel. She stopped staring out the window and turned to look at Sabrina. “I like having a corner office. I worked hard for this office. I sold a lot of insurance to get this office.”

“Yes, you are the golden girl, and the home office loves you.” Sabrina picked a random award off the top of Rachel’s bookcase and buffed it with her sleeve. “You’re number one. You are now the regional sales manager, and you left three of the top men in this company choking on your dust. I’d envy you, since I’m destined to remain forever number two and in your shadow, but I’m not the one who says ‘fun’ in a voice that sounds like you’ve forgotten what it is.”

Sabrina probably had a lot of fun, Rachel thought wistfully. Fun that included the opposite sex. There had been a man involved on more than a few of her ski trips, and Rachel suspected they hadn’t spent much time on the slopes. And there was another man Rachel was pretty sure hadn’t just liked to take Sabrina sailing.

Although now that she thought about it, over the five years she’d known the outgoing brunette, a couple of men didn’t seem like very many. And how long had it been since Sabrina had mentioned the most recent man?

“What happened to Richard?” Rachel asked, wondering when he’d faded out of the picture and why she hadn’t noticed. Of course she’d been busy, but—too busy to notice who her closest friend was dating?

“The truth?” Sabrina put the sales award back down and threw herself into the comfortable leather chair on the opposite side of Rachel’s desk so that they faced each other over the gleaming cherry expanse. “I asked him to play pirate and Spanish prisoner with me. I should have known better. Richard was not adventurous or creative in bed. Of course he wouldn’t be interested in role-playing.”

“I thought he was interested in you,” said Rachel.

“Well, I thought so, too, but not interested enough. My fantasy of playing captive while he played pirate on his boat went down like the Titanic. Richard couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. He suddenly remembered a presentation he had to make on Monday and never called again. I called once, and he was too busy to talk. Said he’d call back. That was in September.”

Sabrina swung one leg back and forth, pausing to admire her shoes midswing. “I don’t think he’s going to call back. Do you?”

“Forget Richard,” said Rachel. “Tell me about the Spanish prisoner thing.”

“He’s forgotten. And I’m not a deviant or anything.” Sabrina pouted, managing not to look like an idiot in the process.

Rachel was pretty sure if she tried to pout, she’d look like a sulky six-year-old. Sabrina just looked sexy as she continued, “But, you know, those pirates had English authority to seize ships, and of course they seized Spanish ships because they had the gold. Suppose an innocent and sheltered Spanish maiden happened to be on board, where she’d fall into the hands of a wicked pirate . . .” Sabrina let the sentence trail off and waggled her eyebrows suggestively.

Rachel sat up, fascinated. “He’d carry her off. She’d be his prisoner. And he’d try to be noble at first, maybe, but she’d have to stay in his cabin because there would be all those unruly, sex-starved crewmen.”

“Right.” Sabrina grinned at her. “Or maybe he’d just order her to his cabin to strip and tell her she’d better be good in bed, amazing, the best he’d ever had, or he’d give her to the first mate. Who would of course be hot, and hung, but not quite as hot as the captain. Ooh, maybe she’d have to do both of them. At the same time.”

Rachel felt her eyebrows shoot up along with her body temperature and her interest level. “Kinky.”

“Hot.” Sabrina fanned herself with an insurance flyer. “If I keep talking about this, I’m going to need to buy more batteries on my way home.”

Sabrina wasn’t the only one, Rachel thought. She couldn’t remember when she’d last replaced the batteries in the bullet vibrator Sabrina had given her two years ago for Christmas, saying that naughty girls needed something from Santa, too. After this conversation, she was going to need the bullet operational.

She dragged herself back to the present with an effort. “So you told Richard about this and he ran away?”

That seemed unbelievable. It was one hot fantasy. Why hadn’t it gotten Richard’s attention? It certainly had hers.

“He ran like an Olympic track star. But it’s okay, I’m not bitter. I stole three of his accounts the next week.” Sabrina gave her a feline smile outlined with cinnamon lipstick. Rachel found herself grinning back and then laughing out loud.

“Spanish prisoner,” said Rachel when she’d stopped giggling. “Now that sounds fun. Too bad I can’t book a cruise with that package.”

“Well . . .” Sabrina gave her a thoughtful look. “Maybe you can. Look at this.” She reached for her slim leather briefcase, pulled out a brochure, and tossed it onto Rachel’s desk.

Rachel picked it up. “The Capture Agency? What is that, something to do with image capture technology?”

“Oh, my God.” Sabrina rolled her eyes. “You have officially been working too hard for too long. It’s a dating agency. Computerized matching. Very accurate, very expensive, and very . . . unusual.”

Unusual. Rachel opened the glossy brochure and started reading. She blinked a few times. Then she checked to make sure her jaw wasn’t resting on her elegant cherry desk, straightened up, and looked at Sabrina. “This can’t be for real.”

“Oh, but it is. I picked up the brochure when Richard proved such a disappointment. The thing is, capture and bondage fantasies are very, very popular, but how do you find a partner who’s into acting them out? I mean, you can’t just bring it up at an office party. And casual dating, you don’t want to risk bringing up something like that with someone you don’t know well.”

Sabrina tapped the brochure with one long polished nail, painted to match her lips. “The Capture Agency is the answer. All clients have to go through rigorous background checks, pass a complete physical, psychological profiling. The computerized matching is top-notch. They have a very high success rate for compatibility.”

“You’ve really checked this out,” said Rachel.

“Yep.” Sabrina picked up the glossy brochure and used it like a fan, batting her eyelashes at Rachel over it. “I decided I want to experience the fantasy, and I’m not likely to just stumble over a man who wants to play pirate and prisoner with me. I’ve already paid the agency fee, and I’m going in for my final round of compatibility questionnaires. I’m specifying that I want a man with a boat, too. Might as well go all the way.”

Go all the way. Rachel had a sudden, vivid image of going all the way with a fierce pirate. One who would use his dagger to cut her long, flowing dress all the way down the front and then order her to spread her legs. . . . She blinked and wondered when the office temperature had started to climb. It was winter. It shouldn’t feel like a sauna inside.

“You want to do it, don’t you?” Sabrina stopped playing with the brochure and sat forward, excitement making her brown eyes sparkle. “You don’t want to take a cruise. You want to sign up for a trip to Sexual Fantasy Island.R...

Ever have a capture fantasy? Doesn't matter. You will after reading Charlene Teglia's newest book, Satisfaction Guaranteed. Ms. Teglia delivers three stories of women who enjoy capture fantasies in this sexy collection. Connecting these stories with the friendships between the three heroines allows the book to work as one continuous story with three subplots. On top of that, the central element of an agency that connects individuals to experience their capture fantasies in a safe environment removes the element of real danger for both our three couples and the reader, leaving simply the sensuality and the excitement of the fantasy.

Satisfaction Guaranteed is sure to thrill readers who enjoy romances with a generous dollop of sensuality sprinkled with a nice bit of humor and finished with a more than satisfying happy ending.

~Hard Match~

Chase Hunter may be the founder of The Capture Agency, but he never anticipated actually using his own service. That would be...unethical. Wouldn't it? But it appears his assistant has other ideas when Ms. Rachel Law proves a Hard Match - that is, until he runs her profile against Chase's. It seems Chase is the only possible match for the lonely and brainy businesswoman, and when he lays eyes on the beautiful executive, he just can't find it in himself to deny her fantasies...

I thought that Chase and Rachel's story was the perfect one to kick off this collection. With Chase's position as the owner of The Capture Agency, it helped lay the groundwork for this unique and exclusive company, giving us a behind the scenes glimpse at the way they fulfill fantasies, from the background checks and medical history to the compatibility matching.

And Chase certainly was a match for Rachel, in ways that disarm and delight our seemingly staid heroine. Of course, Chase immediately sees through that veneer of control to the sensual woman buried underneath, and he works overtime to give them what they both need, drawing Rachel out of her shell until she can no longer deny her true feelings.

~The Perfect Stranger~

Kane Woods' massive build coupled with his aggressively dominant tendencies have always worried him, to the point where he has long stifled his deepest desires in order to protect the women he has been with. When denying his most fundamental sexual needs begins to affect both his life and his career, The Capture Agency seems the perfect solution. Kane is more than able to fill every pirate fantasy that Sabrina Daniels has, but can this petite woman handle everything he has to give? And when his intentions prove more long-term than anticipated, how will she react to his secrets?

I adore all of the heroes in Satisfaction Guaranteed, but I have to say that Kane Woods is my very favorite! The combination of his dominant nature and quick wit proves as much an aphrodisiac to me as it did to our heroine. Often when you think of a dominant Alpha male type, people imagine a very serious man who rarely cracks jokes, but Kane easily dispels that misconception. Add to those qualities his extreme concern for Sabrina's well-being at every stage of the game, and you have a hero that is sure to melt the hearts of every woman who reads this book.

Sabrina is more than a match for her hero. Her irreverent humor and unstoppable personality prove a challenge that Kane finds impossible to resist - not that he wants to. This heroine effortlessly worms her way into both Kane's and the readers' hearts with her fresh outlook and guileless personality.

Then there are Kane's delicious little secrets... I won't spill the beans, but I loved the twist regarding what he is hiding from Sabrina!

~Ex Marks the Spot~

When Gage Michaels overhears his estranged wife making plans to enroll in The Capture Agency's database in order to be matched with a man who can fulfill her capture fantasies, he begins making his own plans immediately. He doesn't know why his wife left him, but she'll be matched with another man over his dead body. Her fantasies of domination and seduction play right into his hands, giving him the perfect opportunity to find out why she left him and win her back.

In Ex Marks the Spot, Ms. Teglia brings us an immensely satisfying tale of love gone wrong that finds a very happy reunion for our lovers. As Gage probes his wife's reasons for leaving him, he learns more about both himself and her than he ever realized, as does Emma. As they resolve their issues during a night of unparalleled sensuality, they learn that a happy ending can never be taken for granted, that it takes effort and care on both their parts to be maintained forever. Indeed, their short rift binds them together more closely and surely than ever before, leaving them with a marriage guaranteed to last the long haul.

Sabrina and Rachel aren't finding any satisfaction in the dating pool and Emma's separation from a cheating husband has her ready to strike out and find out what she's been missing. They have fantasies and desires that they aren't finding through the normal avenues. Fortunately there is The Capture Agency, a fantasy dating service specializing in pairing their clients up with compatible partners who are willing to push the envelope and play out their fantasies.

HARD MATCH
Because of Rachel's high IQ, finding a man capable of surprising her is proving to be impossible. She's tired of the same old predictable dates with men who can't relate to her. Since The Capture Agency uses stringent testing she decides to give it a chance.

Chase is the proud owner of The Capture Agency. He never dates the clients but when his assistant Mark can't find a match for Rachel in the data base he runs her info against Chase's and it's a match. Chase isn't happy about Mark's interference but once he meets Rachel he has no doubt that she is the woman for him and he has no doubt that their `date' is going to be anything but predictable.

THE PERFECT STRANGER
Sabrina is sick of her dates running in fear just because she requests acting out her pirate fantasy and capture her. Finding a man willing to indulge her in all her wicked capture fantasies is proving impossible but she's still got hope. Through The Capture Agency she's secured a `date' with a huge man who she's positive can satisfy her every desire - that is if she can convince him that she isn't too young or too petite for him to get a little rough.

Kane learned early on in life that his large body easily intimidates women. That makes it difficult for him to allow himself the freedom to indulge his dominant nature. His agent's comment that his holding back in life is showing in his books led him to a most unusual dating service and a little slip of a woman who excites him just as much as she terrifies him. Fortunately, Miss Sabrina isn't easily intimidated and finds his much larger size to be very exciting - besides she's never met a man who not only fits the role of pirate but seems to revel in it.

EX MARKS THE SPOT
Emma's trying to move on after learning of her husband's infidelity. The trouble is that she can't stop loving him even though she knows that their relationship has been on a downhill slide and passion and spontaneity have become a thing of the past. She's been separated from Gage for the past month and she wants to move past her hurt. After listening to Rachel and Sabrina discuss The Captive Agency she decides that it might be just the thing she needs.

Gage is shocked when he overhears Emma's discussion with Rachel and Sabrina. He's never cheated on her and wonders why she came to that conclusion but quickly realizes his dedication to making a better life for them, coupled with a huge lie from his secretary, have made a mess out of his marriage. His love for Emma has never wavered but maybe their sex life could use a little stirring up, and if it takes him using the agency to seduce his wife back into his arms then he's more than willing to do whatever it takes.

Charlene Teglia brings our fantasies of capture and bondage to the forefront with her latest release SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. These three interconnecting stories are told with heart, heat and a whole lot of hope that readers can sense as they read through each story. Rachel and Chase are both highly intelligent individuals with a penchant for bondage. Finding a compatible partner in the normal dating pool for them would be next to impossible. Sabrina and Kane are fun loving and imaginative but neither was finding satisfaction in the relationships they've had because they're forced to hold back their true needs and desires. And last but not least, Emma and Gage; a couple who have been married for many years but work and self-doubt are driving a wedge between them. Every couple is very different and yet they all have a driving need to experience fun and love with a sexual partner.

Ms. Teglia is a talented author who writes in a variety of romance genres and never leaves her readers left wanting - expect for maybe her next book. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED is a prime example of what makes her one of my favorites - storylines that seduce both the mind and spirit.

`Hard Match'

Rachel Law is discontent. After finally achieving the promotion she has always wanted, in a job that she used to love, she feels as if her life is adrift and she is just floating by. When her friend, Sabrina, suggests an erotic get-a-way using The Capture Agency, Rachel is intrigued. Evidently The Capture Agency caters to those men who have dominant tendencies and that is just what Rachel needs. She wants to let go of the control that she has a hard time relinquishing and figures for one weekend she can have as much sex as she wants and then walk away. Rachel hasn't met Chase Hunter.

From the moment they meet over a conference room table, Rachel and Chase desire each other. Now all he has to do is capture her as they have planned. Dominant tendencies aside, Chase is unsure if what he is feeling is real or just something he feels caught up in the moment and it scares him. Of course, there is that tiny little fact that he is the owner of The Capture Agency as well...

I loved Hard Match. I found Chase to be the ultimate genius and bad boy. Who wouldn't? He is the reason The Capture Agency is in existence and I found myself tickled when his friend Mark set him up like he did. Rachel started out just wanting a good time and it took about 12 hours for her to realize that Chase just might be the man for her. Hard Match was sinfully delicious and beyond tempting.

`The Perfect Stranger'

Sabrina Daniels has always had a certain fantasy. She wants to be kidnapped on the high seas by a pirate and held captive while her kidnapper has his wicked way with her. Not realistic in this day and age, but it could happen and it does when she goes to The Capture Agency to have her dreams fulfilled. She doesn't count on falling for her older but incredibly sexy kidnapper nor does she count on her favorite fantasy being played out like her favorite book. It seems Sabrina isn't the only one with secrets.

Kane Woods is not a small man. When he sees Sabrina for the first time he immediately worries about her small stature. Well, he worries for about five minutes until the tiny dynamo that is Sabrina knocks his socks off. Kane is torn between telling Sabrina his real name and telling her that he wants to see more of her. When she inadvertently becomes too nosy for her own good and finds out his pseudonym, Kane hopes that she will let him explain. If, that is, he can find her.

I think The Perfect Stranger is my favorite novella of the entire novel. Kane was used to people thinking less of him because of his chosen profession so therefore, he felt he needed to hide who he was and what he did from Sabrina. Of course, Sabrina was unlike anyone Kane had ever met and she rocked his world from the minute she asked permission to come aboard his boat. Their chemistry was hot enough to scorch the pages of this book and more than once I read their antics wide-eyed!

`Ex Marks the Spot'

Hearing her friends at work talk about The Capture Agency, Emma Michaels can't help but be interested. She and her husband of sixteen years have been separated for weeks and Emma thinks it is time for her to get on with her life. When she and the man who is to capture her meet, sparks fly and Emma is amazed at their chemistry. And they do have chemistry - sixteen years worth.

Gage Michaels can't look a gift horse in the mouth. Agreeing to be the match for Emma is like a blessing from above because otherwise he couldn't make her listen to his side of the story. Unlike what Emma thinks, Gage still loves her and has never cheated. With her blindfolded and all his for the night, Gage plans to make Emma see that there is no one else he wants in his life but her and if that doesn't work, he'll just keep her tied up until she realizes he means what he says.

Ex Marks the Spot was a story of new beginnings and forgiveness. Gage worked very hard his entire married life so that he could measure up to high standards and feel worthy of Emma. Emma, on the other hand, only wanted Gage for who he was - the man she loved and adored above all others. Love like theirs comes very rarely and I melted inside when they were able to finally be the couple and partners each of them craved.

Talk about fantasy island. Each novella in Satisfaction Guaranteed comes complete with a sexy kidnapper and the woman who is his best match. The men are sensual and the women desire them. A perfect combination that just works in the pages of this novel. I laughed, melted, shook my head, and fanned myself. If this book was any hotter I would have needed a new air conditioner. If you are a lover of closely written novellas or if you just like three really great stories, then Satisfaction Guaranteed is not to be missed!
