About the Brand
Introduced in 1961, Coffee-mate entered the market as the first non-dairy powdered creamer and soon established its position as America’s favorite non-dairy creamer. In 1989, Coffee-mate Lite and Coffee-mate Liquid were introduced, with the Liquid Non-Dairy Creamer quickly became the number one liquid creamer on the market. Through the course of the 1990s, new product offerings were introduced including flavors, fat-free products, and single-serve tubs.
Coffee-mate is a member of the Nestle family of brands.
About Nestle
In the 1860s Henri Nestle, a pharmacist, developed a food for babies who were unable to breastfeed. His first success was a premature infant who could not tolerate his mother's milk or any of the usual substitutes. People quickly recognized the value of the new product, after Nestlé's new formula saved the child's life, and soon, Farine Lactee Henri Nestle was being sold in much of Europe.
Today, Nestle--whose headquarters is in Vevey, Switzerland--is the world's largest food and beverage company. They produce a line of varied products, including coffee, bottled water, pet food, ice cream, and infant formulas. Some of their most popular brands include Toll House, Stouffer's, Lean Cuisine, Carnation, Coffee-mate, Butterfinger, Alpo, Power Bars, and Nescafe. Nestle employs approximately 17,300 people in the US and 247,000 people world-wide, and has factories or operations in almost every country in the world.
Customer Reviews
Great Product
I have been using this product for almost 2 years and still like it. It replaces adding sugar & cream to my coffee while providing a slight hint of chocolate. My supermarket stopped carrying it and I found it on Amazon and bought a bunch of it to last me quite a while. Anyone who like cream in their coffee along with a taste of chocolate, then this is for you! ENJOY!! BTW... I am not on commission or getting any royalities...LOL!
coffeemate
I was very upset when I was told the units were in stock, but in order to receive them I had to call a week later, because of the delays. Your customer service straightened it out, but if I hadn't called, I believe I would be still waiting for my merchandise. I was also promised a $10 future credit, which I never received.
Creamer
Its creamer I use daily...its good, what else can I say, except it is hard to find this one in the stores sometimes
