FINALLY something that works!
I get fever blisters several times a year. By the time I heard of Viroxyn, this outbreak was at the "million blister" stage. I used it once and by that evening, ALL of the blisters were gone. The next day all that was left was just a dry, reddish area. No pain, blisters gone within 12 hours, completely healed within 48 hours. I like it!
Walgreen's has their own label of this product (exact same thing other than the packaging). it is 2 vials for about $13.

Buy it CHEAPER
Great product- but check the active ingredient. The secret is: IT'S THE SAME AS Bactine. Yes, THAT Bactine. As in only six bucks for a FULL BOTTLE of this stuff you get in three tiny vials here. I have no problem with someone trying to make a profit- but this is outrageous. Don't take my word for it: Compare the ingredient of Viroxin to Bactine: It's the same: Benzalkonium Cl 0.13%.

I have suffered from fever blisters since I was a young child, and have used everything you can imagine.

denovir, acyclovir, abreeva, everything OTC you can think of, and even old wives tales..camphor, yellow root. i had exhausted my resources, so i though.

i recently had an outbreak and my dentist (employer) gave me a sample of viroxyn, and literally within minutes, the tingling stopped and the progress of the cold sore stopped immediatly. it still scabbed over, but it never ulcerated (the most painful stage).

the active ingredient is benzalkonium chloride, which is an astringent. it basically penetrates the tissue, and interupts the life cycle of the virus by not allowing it to reproduce.

i highly recommend this product for anyone who is tired of having fever blisters, and doesn't have the money to eliminate them with lasers or time to waste with slow acting creams.
