Product Description

The Coleman Screened Weathermaster Elite tent lets you set up camp your way. At 17' x 9' with a 6'4" center height, this tent sleeps 6-8 people comfortably in its 136 square feet of floor space. Removable hanging dividers give you options: use them to create two or three separate rooms inside your tent. Two doors and two windows give you easy access. The Weathermaster Elite's long-lasting, built-in lighting system offers high and low settings and comes with a remote control, so you'll easily have light when you need it. Coleman makes setup quick and easy with 19mm shock-corded steel poles, separate storage bags for the poles and stakes, and simple instructions sewn right onto the storage bag, so you always have them handy. The Screened Weathermaster Elite tent features a clever hinged door system that opens and closes easily, or can be zipped into place like a conventional tent door. With leak-free protected seams, weather-resistant fabric, waterproof floors, zipper protection, and wind-strong frame, Coleman's exclusive Weathertec System is guaranteed to keep you dry, whatever the weather. For improved airflow, the Variflo adjustable venting system and Cool-Air port increase ventilation and provide outside access to your gear. What's more, the included heavy-duty welcome mat helps keep everything tidy, and a dry line gives you a place to hang gear or clothes out of the way.

Awesome tent!4
We took this out to Caddo Lake State Park in TX. We absolutely love this tent.
PROS:
-There wasn't a single bug that came through the netting.
-It's waterproof.
-The Main entrance door is very convenient to open so easily.
-The built in lighting is a good plus to have, no worries of gas lanterns and fumbling for flashlights.
-I like the fact that the roof is separate from the tent itself, great ventilation for warm-hot weather. Not sure if this would be a good tent for very cold weather.
- Very Sturdy tent.
- Fits a full size inflatable bed with MUCH room to spare.
-VERY high ceiling, no more stooping over inside!
- We received compliments on this tent!
- Nice privacy divider, and is added protection against bugs and rain so you can have screened area open.

CONS:
- One of my tent poles has an issue with a locking mechanism, not a big deal.
- Two people is a must in assembling this tent, or you will have a very hard time.
- The sleeping accommodations are misleading. The second (Screened Part) has no floor covering, so you would get ate up with bugs, and wet when it rains.
- The roof lining is a snug fit, but awkward to get on tightly.

Recommendations:
- Get a tarp that will fully cover the bottom of this tent, so you can sleep more people inside the screened part of tent. Plus, your floor lining will last much longer.
- Repair kit is always a must so your trip won't be ruined if something happens.
- You will need 8 "D" batteries for the lighting system.

LEAKS... BAD!!!1
The first night we used this a thunderstorm rolled in. It wasn't extremly sever, but it did last about an hour. Every seam leaked, horribly. By the end of the rain we had standing water in the tent. We ended up cutting our trip short, and returned it the following day. I was very unsatisfied with this tent, which is sad because all previous coleman tents I've used in the past faired nicely in the rain.

Excellent tent, one minor flaw.4
We are extremely pleased with quality of our family tent. The build in electric light is wonderful, but almost too bright. The tent was easy to set up with color coded poles. While the spring action door was a neat trick, we preferred entering through the screen porch. The screen porch was a lifesaver due to the flies at El Prado Campground in San Diego County. My only complaint, and deserves losing a star over is the screen porch. It has no floor. We relied on a tarp to make up for the lack of flooring, but that still left a gap at the bottom of the screen. So, before our next camp out, I'm going to sew in a proper floor.
