a great outdoor mat
I am very happy with this door mat. I bought it to replace one of those fake grass type mats that was completely falling apart and tracking little plastic "grass" pieces into my house. This one seems really durable and looks nice. It also works well for wiping debris off your shoes, etc. My only complaint is that it collects water. You need to shake it out frequently just to get rid of the water. I wish it had some sort of mesh on the bottom or some drainage holes. It's kind of a pain to have to shake it out so frequently. Maybe I'll make my own holes somehow!

Superior quality outdoor mat
I also bought this mat to replace an outdoor fake grass mat. I'm very impressed with the quality of the rubber and the heft of the product and the solid quality of the rubber 'nubs'. I knew it had a 'moat' around it when I bought it so based on the prior review I suspect I also will be cutting 'drip lines' to release water build up which is not practical but this was the only mat I could find anywhere which would reduce the grunge on boots, look nicely and hold up well. Thanks Amazon, you came through again!
