Customer Reviews
Warm and comfy
These slippers are very soft and comfy, just like good slippers are supposed to be. I have them both in blue and iris and the blue color looks much nicer (iris is not bad either).
At the time of buying I could not find the equivalent regular shoe sizes for them on any website. Now that I have the slippers I see that x-large pair has equivalent shoe size of 9.5 to 10.5 printed on the bottom and large pair has 8 to 9. I found the fit true to these sizes but I have had them for a short period of time. I don't know if over time they will become looser.
The soles of these slippers are air-filled which feels nice but I have had previous such slippers (not dearfoams) lose that air cushioning rather quickly. I hope these slippers do better.
durable comfort
i love these slippers. 5 years ago i received my first pair as a gift and im still wearing them currently. every 2 weeks or so i throw them in the wash, making sure to tumble dry thoroughly. the sole shows very little wear; the thick cushion is like stepping onto a cloud, it forms to your foot and fluffs up again after washing. i bought an imitation pair, and they were flat and tearing within a year. so i bought my second pair of dearfoams, which live up to all my expectations. i never knew such quality, comfort, and longevity was availible in a slipper. i am passionate about dearfoam. (they are roomy, so go smaller if you are borderline).
Soft, cushy, but sloppy
These slippers run a little wide. While they are very soft and cushy, and even have soles that will endure a little outdoor time, I found that they are a little sloppy. By that, I mean my they fall off easily, and my foot has a tendency to slide in the left slipper to the outside of it(I do have pronation/supination problems), but it makes it feel funny and unbalanced. I think I'll revert back to a harder soled slipper the next time I order.
