I find the channeling aspect (although Edgar Casey is cool) a little distracting, with the talk of Spirit. I like books that leave spirituality and religion up to the individual. That said they deliver a good message - it really is about what methodology will resonate with you.

It is just like watching an old movie however the style and prose can be a little dry but it has invaluable information . Good for any student of the law of attraction

The chicken soup for the soul author's success story and other quotes and caveats sprinkled through the book. :) The movie is also great for when you want to introduce this concept to people who shy away from reading.
