FOR YOUR SWEETHEARTS....

This is a great EP that is nearly impossible to find. Available here used from Amazon on vinyl only, and a little pricy, but an excellent gift for your sweethearts... if they love the killer rock and roll.
The Ep is recorded by both Motorhead and Girlschool, combined together to create HeadGirl. Their cover of Johnny Kidd and The Pirates PLEASE DONT TOUCH is epic. Crazy Frenetic rock and roll, and the chemistry between these two bands is brilliant.
There are of course several other ways to obtain this track, for a much cheaper value, the disc is backed with only two other tracks... Heads BOMBER and Schools EMERGENCY... but this is picture disc vinyl, and I don't see how that could be any less apreciated than a fine peice of jewelry this Valentines Day.

Girlschool and Motorhed toured early on. The EP is the product of 2 bands with similar how rock and roll should be played.The song list is an excellent vehicle for them. I can't think 2 other heavy bands that could pull this off. Girlschool can hold their own against any band around. Denise Dufort the drummer is featured on all tracks. ( due to Phil Taylor;s injury) not missing a lick. Kelly Johnson (rest in peace) will match any guitar player today. The girls pound out "Bomber" alone, classic. Girlschool is still playing and early stuff is worth the ticket. I saw them live, it was a show to remember. If you can't own this, try listen to it.
