Difficult to use, no customer support
This item only works if you are well experienced and prepared.
Installation was ok on my Dell Dimension Desktop, Intel Pentium 3 GHz, 1024 Mb Memory installed with Windows XP Pro (sp 2).
Problem is there is no insturction about how to use installed Programs.
I sent emails asking tech support but got no response, either email or phone.
In the end, I decided using Windows Movie Maker after connecting this USB device. As far as hardware wise, it works. Important is after connecting a video device using VideoXpess, close InstantMovieXpress and open Windows Movie Maker. How to configure Movie Maker? Ask Tech support and wait a response forever.
I can't give it zero stars
This steaming pile of worthlessness cost us half a day. Will not install, root drivers don't work, locks up computer, interface is amateurish and incomprehensible, and to top it all off: it's not Vista compatible (even though the package says it is).
Avoid like the plague.
This Does Not Work!
This product does not work. I tried installing it on three different computers, and it either gave an error that it could not connect to the USB device, or simply crashed the computer. Don't buy this!
