2-3 Stars: Bad clip system
Shopped around & decided to try this case. Worked ok for awhile. The case itself is functional. Not spectacular, but functional. The problem with it is the clip system. When you move around the phone unclips and falls to the ground. The first time this happened I thought I unclipped it accidentally, but no. Play w/ it: the phone unclips itself from the catch in certain positions, and the (expensive) phone falls @ the 68 fps of 1G. Not good! The leather case protects it somewhat, but it still gets unclipped and falls. And yes, it unclips even when you snap it in place: the locking design isn't very good and the catch / lock is useless when the phone is angled from vertical during normal body movement. What happens next is even less wonderful: mine fell several times and then the plastic clip just broke and, well, it's now useless except as a pocket stuffer. Poor design. Cheap ABS plastic. Locking clip system not reliable.

Just Perfect...
I ordered this case for my new Nokia phone and very pleased with it. The case fits the phone like a glove. It has a plastic cover for the screen so no additional screen protectors are necessary. Exterior is black leather and has a velvet interior to protect the shiny finish and LCD of the E-71. All ports are accessible with the case on. Thus, no need to remove the phone from the case to access the USB, Micro SD, charging port, etc. Even leaves an uncovered area for the Infrared transmitter as well for the camera. The closing mechanism is double; magnetic and a clip. Comes with a belt clip that attaches with a removable screw. Guess that ladies that wish to carry the device on their purses will not use the clip but I have it always on my belt and very convenient. When calls are received or just want to use the phone, press the upper part of the clip and the Nokia easily comes out protected by the soft leather case, ready to answer the calls. For $30.00, it's a great buy. And Box-Wave's shipping was extremely fast. I also ordered another case for my Zune and as good as this one.

Great Fit...great service!
MY Designio Leather case (vertical flip cover) arrived in short order as advertised. The belt clip was broken on arrival, so Boxwave sent me not one, but two replacement clips. The leather case fits like a glove and allows for charging, pictures, etc...without removing the case. The clear window protector is easy to see through and since I'm between two countries (Canada and Qatar), I especially like the storage for my extra Sim and Micro SD cards.
