Our Severn line of cremation urns are manufactured from sold brass,hand carved and carefully packaged in a lovely velvet pouch, which can be used for storage or display. 3" urns come with a heart shaped box. The Severn Marble Patina urn is expertly powder coated with the patina finish, and then delicately and masterfully hand engraved. The felt bottom protects surfaces from scratching. The lid securely and easily screws on, or off. We've created a special line of cremation urns that will always be in style, and will serve as a fitting receptacle for the ashes of a loved one. We know you will agree. Sizing Made Simple One pound of live weight equals one cubic inch of cremains. 3" = 3 cubic inches 11" = 202 cubic inches For example; A 175 pound person, would yield 175 cubic inches of cremains, which would fit into a 11" urn. The best of all I examined
Of all the urns on the market, this one, from this seller, was by far the best available. I couldn't see putting my loved one in a wooden or bronze box, that looked like a plain old cinder block. I wanted something that would more closely represent the brilliant and wonderful life that came to an end too soon. If I have a need in the future to buy any more, I will buy these. They are built well, and the lid doesn't just sit on the top, it screws on. I don't know what I would do if ?I had bought another and it had gotten knocked over. I would think it tragic. The artistry and craftsmanship is excellent and ?I wholey recommend this to anyone in need of a final resting place for thier loved ones remains.
