Great Cooking Item
Great Emile Henry item. I would recommend for any cook or cook to be. Super for creme brulee! Cheers...
Ramekin or custard cups
Good quality and several color choices. I was hoping for a heavier cup, a little bit more substantial, but these should be fine for baked custards, popovers. Amazon product description does not say they are flame safe to use with a kitchen blow torch for creme brulee but the Emile Henry website "eludes" to it. Probably need to use common sense and a true kitchen torch for a smaller controlled flame.
