Since I bought this, I have used nothing else. Nonstick with a glass lid and enough depth, it's great for frying eggs, sauteing veggies, cooking sauces, "grilling" meats, or whatever else I can think of.

A santoku works for practically anything, and it doesn't have to be expensive.

Use it for mixing, stirring, on or off heat. Must have to scrape that bowl clean!

Rinse veggies, drain pasta, and strain that home made broth!

All I need to make a double shot espresso for my morning americano. Also big enough to make espresso for multiple guests.

Other than spraying the pan, I also use it to spray veggies before broiling. If you don't over pressurize it, it'll last a long time.
