You can also use your sharpest knives on this lasagna dish without marring the finish. Use it for make-ahead dishes that you will freeze and take straight to a hot oven the dish resists chipping and cracking, even under extreme temperatures. However, you should not subject a hot dish to cold water or the refrigerator, as this is more likely to produce cracks or breaks.

Awesome pans !!!
I am here to replace a broken one fell out of the cabinet while I was trying to reach it This happened yesterday I need a replacement. We had 2 in this shape for years. This size and a tiny bit smaller . We reach for these just about everyday . They clean well . The pie plate is great too -we don't just use it for pies !! Acually I have never made a pie :0 Try this you will love it .
