Good pans, great customer service from Baker's Secret
One of my set of three pans (the 7") arrived damaged (the buckle was stuck). The other two were working fine and did not seem flimsy. I was disappointed, but immediately called the Baker's Secret number on the enclosure. They're FedExing me a replacement today, hassle-free. The call took two minutes, which in itself is amazing. Very impressed. Save the enclosure--they may not last forever, but they're warrantied for 5 years--and unlike some companies, they really do seem to live up to that warranty. Recommend these for home bakers, and those not using them all the time.

Great pans to help make great food!
I ordered this set about eight months ago and have used all three sizes a number of times since then to make everything from cheesecake to flourless cake to génoise and even deep dish pizza. The latch is secure and tight but easy to open, does not stick to the food and, most importantly, I have not experienced any leakage whatsoever. While they're easy to clean and you can throw them in the dishwasher, which I prefer to do, I did notice the last few times they came out with some small rust spots on the latch. They scrubbed right out but I think I'll stick to handwashing these in the future just to be safe - though if anything were to happen to them, the price is so reasonable it's not like I'll be breaking the bank to replace them.

Value pack is a real value
These springform cake pans are great. Quite heavy duty and they seal better then most. The surface lets cakes come out easily. I bought a more expensive pan and it's junk - these rock!
