About the Author
Teri Woods is a native of Philadelphia. She worked as a legal secretary/paralegal for eight years in a Philadelphia Center City law firm. She began writing True to the Game in 1993 and began to submit her work to publishers. After being turned down, the book sat dormant in a closet for two years. In 1998, she began selling handmade copies of the book out of the trunk of her car. With the success of the handmade books, she started her own publishing and production company, Meow Meow Productions.

Was Not Worth The Wait
It took so long for part 2 to come out I forgot what part 1 was about. Tried to recap but it didn't work. All I can say was that Jerrell or Jay was a scandalous bastard & that Gena needs to stop being so naive. I'm glad she realized that the fool was trying to kill her but it may have been a little too late (pregnancy). I guess we'll see in part 3 if that person that rescued her was Quadir. And why he played dead all this time.

KEEPING IT TRUE
THIS BOOK WAS AMAZING IT HAD ME FLIPING AND FLIPING NON-STOP TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT. EVEN THOUGH GENA WAS EXTREMELY CARELESS WITH THE MONEY HOWEVER JERELL DEF SPICED UP THE BOOK WITH HIS TWO SIDES. GENA PISSED ME OFF THOUGH BECAUSE I EXPECTED HER TO DIG DEEP FOR SOME INFO ON JERELL BUT SHE WAS TO WORRIED ABOUT FINDING LOVE AGAIN. POOR GENA SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CAREFUL. THE CAR THAT WAS FOLLOWING HER DEF HAD ME HOOKED TO THE VERY END. ANYWAY, TERI WOODS DID IT AGAIN. IT IS A MUST READ AND THE ENDING WILL DEF LEAVE U HANGING TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN IN PART III.
