Pleased5
I ordered 2 books, one for a gift and one for myself. They came quickly and are filled with good, practical information.

Although my Spanish is quite good, this book entices me to move to Costa Rica. 5
I am seeking to minimilize my life style. I am tired of the instant gratifcatiion culture that this country seems to have become, and Costa Rica does not seem to have come this far, yet. Simplicity and genuineness are rare traits.

This book is the best intro to a country and its culture that I have read, although alot has to be said about the "Ticos" making a very good case for themselves for starters. I skip around in this book and read passages at irregular intervals. If you are interested in CR, this book is an amazing find. Better than any of the junk on the internet which is mostly trying to sell you Real Estate anyway.

This work answers more questions about moving, to and living in, Costa Rica than I could think to ask. Info is provided in an unbiased way so that you understand both the positives and negatives. We're taking the next step, a visit to CR, but will now be armed with a wealth of info, and will be aware of what to look for. Great Buy!
