About the Author
George Gunter has 25 years of combined experience in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry. Mr. Gunter worked in the field as a commercial technician. He worked in the field for 10 years before making the jump into corporate training. Mr. Gunter has worked as a trainer for the last fifteen years. He was recently promoted to the position of Process Refrigeration Reliability Engineer for the machinery division at the DuPont Washington Works site. Mr. Gunter performs the analysis breakdowns, and thermal analyses, to improve the functionality, efficiency and reliability of machinery. For the last 10 years, a major part of the author s job at the DuPont Washington Works site has been the training of in-house mechanics. In the little spare time he has, Mr. Gunter has taught refrigeration classes for the local adult education center. He has also taught refrigeration for an adult education center for the state of Ohio where he was a licensed educator. George Gunter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a diploma in Industrial Electronics.
