    pain in the ear1
To activate this ear set when you receive a call, you must press on the hidden switch in the face. IT IS NOT A TOUCH PLATE, but a pressure switch. To get the switch to click requires considerable force, and shoves the earpiece into your ear. This is very uncomfortable. Do the manufacturers actually test these devices? Once the thing is turned on, it works well enough. But this design defect offsets any advantages. I'm going now with a wired hands-free with a boom, and the switch in the boom arm. MUCH BETTER. I hope someone from the design department at LG gets some feedback about this.

    Quality product4
The good: Co-workers, my wife and myself all seem to be on a constant search to find a "good" headset, my search is over. The sound quality is great and comparable to or better than using just my phone if they're within eyesight of each other (not so when the phone's in a back pocket). Using the headset is simple and straight forward with the feedback features (led and tones) intuitive for the most part. Pairing is easy and though it takes some fiddling to get the headset on, it is fairly comfortable. You don't notice the earloop and it is good reassurance that it won't fall out at an unfavorable time.

The bad: LG does not use a usb standard jack for charging and as mentioned in another review the "call" button, along with the other buttons, are kinda stiff and not the easiest to use when it's in your ear.

    best of my three devices5
I have three inexpensive bluetooth headsets, a Jabra, a Sony-Ericsson, and this one. This is the best of the three, the most comfortable, connects and works better, does not have a 3 second delay of silence when answering a call like the Jabra does, and has redial and other functions which the Sony-Ericsson does not. Only small complaints are although very comfortable, it fits a little loose on the ear and might fall off during running or tilting the head, and like other reviewer said you have to push the answer button a little too hard to answer calls, but doesn't bother me too much. Quite a good product in my opinion.
