A colorful cookbook, with good basic information about Moroccan food. Disappointing that there is little discussion about the tagine and few recipes devoted to this cooking method.
Good basic recipes and GREAT cultural information on Moroccan cooking.
Well, the recipes are solid, but what grabbed me was the wonderful cultural information including gender cooking traditions. Nice photos

There are lots of pictures but not a lot of detail to execute the recipes. I don't need pictures, I need to learn to cook.
