I like that they sell the lid separately in case you don't need it. But it sure is a good heavy, well fitting lid.

I take the strainer part out into the herb garden, collect what I want, bring in and wash and spin dry before cutting. Also very useful for drying lettuce and greens for about two salads.

If you grow and use a lot of fresh herbs you may want one of these sets.

I find these manual choppers better for making salsas, and you can grow everything needed for salsa in the garden. These are also great to mix drinks at outdoor events whenever you can't use and electric blender. Or after a hurricane when the power is out.

This is so wonderful for taking a hot dish to a church supper, potluck or party. It comes with two casserole dishes with lids so you can put one into the thermal bag and strap the other on top with the heating pack.
