Crohn's Forum Book Suggestions
The doctor likely did not have much to tell you when you were first diagnosed with your disease except to say "You have Inflammatory Bowel Disease". Lucky for you, there are many excellent books on all aspects of the disease. I personally have read several dozen of them, and want to highlight some of my favourites. These books cover all sorts of content, but consist primarly of general reference, diet and ostomy.

I hope you find some books that interest you, as empowering yourself with knowledge on your disease is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
