GREAT PEN
My 8th grade social studies teacher gave me this pen as a gift. It is really easy to write with. I love how it is a little heavy, which makes it seem more expensive and fancy. However, the ball point lead seems pretty ordinary like normal Bic Pens. Other than that, both the outside (appearance) and the inside are great.
Yike, Cross dropped the ball on this one
I love Cross pens but this one does not have a smooth mechanism nor does it look as good as in the picture.
It has a satin chrome look rather than shiny chrome look, which could be ok I guess, but it just somehow looks cheap. Personally I love the Century Medallion or Century Black with Chrome touches. Rather than return this one I'll keep it for use as a backup, give the price. Caveat Emptor.
