Average customer review:Product Description
Speed equates to distance. Good golf is Power Golf and the PowerMeter, used as a companion with the Maximus Hittable Weighted Driver, will allow you to measure your progress. This unit may also be used on all clubs in your bag. Unlike other speed measuring devices, this unit is easily transportable and can be removed and just thrown into your golf bag. Other devices require one to carry extra items, they sit on the ground, and one must make sure nothing impedes or blocks the measuring device but with the Medicus PowerMeter, the ease of use is like no other speed measuring equipment in the market.

Customer Reviews
Buyer be cautious
Buyers should be cautious about buying this product. The documentation is horrible, and the clips that hold the Powermeter around your golf shaft look like they will break with time -- we'll see. The Powermeter appears to work by measureing the centrifical force generated at the club grip. So you can get higher speeds depending on where the Powermeter is placed. However, the swing speed appears close to the figures I have seen in a golf shops, and the Powermeter is an inexpensive tool that can be used to measure swing speed over time.
Great Swing Speed Tool
I was amazed at how easy the Medicus Power Meter was to setup and get working. I followed the instructions supplied for installing the batteries and attaching it to the club shaft. Turned it on, swung the club and read the speed from the large easy to read display.
It does not show speeds below 45 mph.
Medicus Power Meter
This was a waste of money. The instructions were poorly written. The device itself kept switching numbers so that I could not set it properly. I do not recommend it.
