Great Games for a Great Price!
It was absolutely amazing to me when my daughter asked me to buy her checkers and all I could find were "ten in one" sets or "Disney" or "Dora the Explorer" checkers in stores. I didn't feel like paying twenty dollars or more for "product placement" and my daughter is young so I wanted her to learn this fun board game with regular-sized black and red checkers on a safe durable simple board.

We are all very happy with this triple combination set. I play chess so I don't have to worry about bringing out the expensive set all the time, my wife plays Backgammon and my daughter couldn't be more thrilled with the checkers! The board is durable cardboard and it comes with extra checker pieces, as well as everything you need to play all three games. On the whole, a great set well worth the price we paid! I recommend this triple combination set to you wholeheartedly.

Good beginner set
We really searched for the kind of chess set we had when we were kids. This was the closest we found. The picture on the front of the box has black checkers on it, but there are no black checkers in the box; only red and white. The chess pieces are nice, and like the kind I had growing up in the seventies. The board and box are a little flimsy, but okay. My 7 year old son plays with one of us (mom or dad) almost daily and it is still in great condition after several months.

i bought the checkers board game and even though the board is soft and flimsy i really enjoy playing it.it came brand new and not one piece was missing i have so much fun and when i bored i just go get my game and play with my hubby!
