John W. Campbell Winners
The John W. Campbell Award for the best science-fiction novel of the year was established by Harry Harrison and Brian W. Aldiss to honor Campbell, who was the editor of Astounding Science Fiction magazine (now Analog) from 1937 until his death in 1971. (Note: No novel award was given in 1994.)
