Product Description

Add a zing of orange flavour to a favourite brownie or chocolate cake batter, cookies, or cheesecake. Pure orange oil is a natural essence cold-pressed from the rinds of 220 oranges. Use in place of orange zest in practically any recipe for a burst of flavour.
1 oz/30 mL bottle
In any recipe, use ½ teaspoon orange oil per cup of dry ingredients plus ¼ teaspoon orange oil per cup of liquid ingredients.
NOTE: Refrigerate after opening; indefinite shelf life when refrigerated

I love this stuff.5
I found this (and a bottle of lemon and lime oil) at a Dean and Deluca years ago (and paid twice as much for it, I think). This stuff is awesome. I love adding a little bit to pancake batter, and I make orange-infused waffles and pancakes. It's incredible. Really, a few drops is all it takes. It is amazingly potent stuff. Add a few drops to Hawaiian Chicken, or any other dish to instantly transport yourself to a tropical paradise. I'm almost out, so I'll need to buy some more.
