Add lemon flavour to a pound cake batter, coffee cake, biscotti, or a mineral water spritzer. Pure lemon oil is a natural essence cold-pressed from the rinds of 330 lemons. Use in place of lemon zest in practically any recipe for a burst of flavour.
1 oz/30 mL bottle
In any recipe, use ½ teaspoon lemon oil per cup of dry ingredients plus ¼ teaspoon lemon oil per cup of liquid ingredients.
NOTE: Refrigerate after opening; indefinite shelf life when refrigerated

Yum!
This oil smells great, tastes great. I've used it in cooking, beverages, home-made candles, home-made laundry soap and hand soap, table-top fountains, bath salts (just let some oil soak into epsom salts), diffuser, and a few drops in shoes that could use the boost in the right odor-direction. It's worked out great for everything. I haven't actually tried burning the (gel) candles, yet, we are still enjoying them for their appearance and scent. I was a little nervous buying this on-line, but it turned out to be a nice purchase. The lid does not have a dropper, so be aware that you will need your own if you plan to dispense the oil that way.

Great product; price was fine. Just like author Lori Longbottom said this is a nice product. it helped her recipes some, but her awesome lemon curd recipe doesn't require it.
