Product Description

Give your key lime pie or cheesecake a boost of flavour, or add a few drops to Thai noodles or Mexican fare. Pure lime oil is a natural essence cold-pressed from the rinds of 400 limes. Use in place of lime zest in practically any recipe for a burst of flavour.
1 oz/30 mL bottle
In any recipe, use ½ teaspoon lime oil per cup of dry ingredients plus ¼ teaspoon lime oil per cup of liquid ingredients.
NOTE: Refrigerate after opening; indefinite shelf life when refrigerated

Like it's sister, the tangerine oil, this product is just fantastic. We can't get this one here in the UK so I was delighted to have found it on Amazon. It's very concentrated, you need very little, but the intense lime hit you get from it is pure culinary heaven.
