I recommend the half sheet pan, but measure your oven.

A little, but not a lot, heavier than standard muffin tins. Black, non-stick versions make a crust that is too thick and tough.

Simple, cheap, essential. You must bake at the correct temperature, but you cannot rely on the accuracy of the plastic dial of your oven. Make sure your baking temp is correct: use this instead of the temp dial on your oven.
