Good mouthpiece
This is among my favorite tuba mouthpieces; and I have a lot of mouthpieces. I think it is a bit large for the beginner. But for the experienced player, it offers a good compromising balance between permitting tone with fairly good definition and harmonic development, full bottom end without being overly fundamental, and good response with both low and high notes without favoring either extreme. I think it is superior to the Bach 18.
