Meditation at it's best
This book is awesome. It is such a powerful beginning meditation book for learners to begin getting in touch with themselves and their spirit guides as well as those who are more advanced.
Worth all if it's weight in gold!
There are so many different meditations in here that you can use to help you in your life. My favorite thing is the details in the visualizations. I will never look at a waterfall in a stream the same way again.
