great grabbers
these guys really grab fasteners. way better than magnets stuffed into sockets. i only gave 4 star because the internal mechanism is plastic and i'm not sure about the longevity or how well the manufacturer will honor it's warranty.

Not as good as it sounds
I bought a set of these to get a rounded bolt that was firmly stuck on my brake caliper on my car, as I applied pressure the internal gripping mechanism just snapped apart. I would not recommend these as upon further inspection, the grip mechanism appears to be made of cheap plastic.

Saved my butt
I bought this set at Sears when a standard hub assembly change I was attempting on my car, came to a screeching halt. One of the 3 bolts holding the hub assembly in place (besides the axle nut) became terribly rounded, and removing it seemed impossible. After too much time trying to figure something out, and half a pack of smokes, I borrowed a car and went to the local Sears. As soon as I returned home it wasn't even 2 minutes later until I had the bolt removed. These, along with Gator Grip sockets, are worth their weight in gold. I would have been up a creek without them.
