Jaime Hayon is the only one I would ever allow to play around with harlequins, clowns and Venetian masquerade. For he has - magically - found an unpretentious way of incorporating this otherwise insufferable imagery into his designs and make them look good. Jaime Hayon Works is a monograph that not only presents a comprehensive selection of his exceptionally well-crafted creations like sculptures, porcelain objects, interior designs and furniture but also sketches, concepts, blueprints and drawings mirroring the process that led to the results and the ideas behind it.
