Should come with a disclaimer
I decided that since no one had reviewed this item yet I'd share my experience with the product even though I've only been taking it for two days. I rated this as 4 stars based on the fact that it definitely "cleanses". That said, this product really should come with a disclaimer like Alli does. I had no disillusions that use of the product would not make me go to the bathroom more, but I have experienced frequent, painful, loose bowel movements. I will not go into graphic details, but I will say that it definitely mimics the side effects associated with Alli (such as when you slip and eat fatty, greasy foods)and I have found myself darting to the bathroom. Knowing that this is supposed to "cleanse", I would definitely say it's doing so...but I would like to see the manufacturer indicate that you should expect this as an effect of use.

It works, but beware...
Ok, so the detox works. Its a set of pills you take for seven days to clean your system. However, my suggestion is that if you are going to do it, schedule it for a week you have free. Why? Because you are going to be in the bathroom so much that, if you do it while at work, people are going to notice your absence.

Not for me, but may be for you
I bought this product while at Wal-Mart. Before even making the purchase I talked with my boss (who is a Pharmacist) about the active ingredients. Everything sounded safe, I read the caution noted and started taking it Sunday. Today I am pulling myself off of it because I've been bleeding from my stool (sorry) ever since Monday night. I have had a low grade fever, and all this started after taking the product. Now, while I may have this issue, it does not mean you will. Many people do not have any issues at all. But please, be very observant of your stool and how you feel while taking this product.
