Don't expect too much.
On a 1999 GMC Sierra, 5.3L engine with an intake kit and performance exhaust, I can't really tell any difference other than editing the shift points and firmness. I've tried the 87 Octane tune and the "Predator" tune for premium fuel. Can't really tell that anything changed.
I removed the torque management and it now shifts really hard at WOT, but other than that, I just can't tell.
