False advertising and no visible RMA process with product
I bought the ECTACO iTRAVL NTL-13AS and it came with no RMA paperwork in the box in case I was unhappy- which is strange for an AMAZON vendor they usually include all that. Worse off the ad on AMAZON is misleading it said that Thai was included ( which is why I bought the product and the Windows software that comes with the product doesn't have Thai on it unless they listed it under unknown characters but there is no Eng-TH, Eng-Thai, etc. on the disk. Now I'm leaving for Thailand in 18 days and I don't have the product I needed to get me through meeting my girlfriends kids who only speak Thai. What a letdown, and you can beleive I was right on the telly to tell them to take it back and credit me. Watch out they don't seem to make it easy on us. Some techie will probably make me take a download, which defeats the purpose of carrying the windows cd they gave me of all the others so I won't go for that and you shouldn't either. It looked like a good idea though. To much hastle for the price.
