Dead On Arrival
Ordered Infrared Thermometer from MaxTool through Amazon. It was inoperable on arrival. I had to pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee to get rid of it(It is in the fine print of their ad). The fact that they sent it out in inoperable condition did not matter to them. Bad Company to deal with!
