Hard to clean!
This is a good-sized dish that cooks food very well. However, it is REALLY REALLY hard to clean! Especially the lid. You have to scrub the heck out of the thing!

Big & white
This is definitely a big roaster. I haven't used it yet. But will come in handy for the holidays.

Quality
Hard to find item. I like the lipped edges to use as handles. No problem cleaning, just soak a while. This piece is very large, could be used to feed a real "crowd"!
