Does not work with Poland Spring bottles
This machine is supposed to work with all standard bottles. The marketing info claims "Accepts all 3- and 5-Gallon bottles." However, despite following the directions and talking with customer service, this unit fails to achieve a tight seal with the pump (which pulls the water up from inside the bottle.) Every time it loses the seal, it stops pumping and beeps incessantly until I open the door, push down on the top of the pump, and shut the door. Every time I draw a glass of water, I have to repeat this process as many as 10 times until the next glassful is pumped!

I have not been this aggravated with a product in a long, long time. And since I've discarded the box, I'm going to have to switch water delivery companies, which is infuriating.

Yuckety-yuck.
No matter how I cleaned the lines (per their CSR), I was not able to remove the foul plasticky taste. You could run Fiji water through this thing and it would end up tasting like LA tap water. Sorry Primo.

Great idea, poor performance
The idea of a hidden compartment for the watter bottle is great and we thought it may be more safe for our crawling toddler. However, we realized otherwise. Similar to the previous review, the pump will not maintain a seal, even with our Primo water bottles. It is a pain to reset the seal and the light on the dispenser is always on. Also, when the machine is refilling the cooling/heating canisters, the pump is loud and annoying. Great idea, poor results. I would not recommend.
