I dump either heavy cream or halfnhalf, followed by confectioner's sugar, then vanilla and whatever flavoring like the last papaya or a spoonful of cocoa. The fatty cream and starchy sugar thickens the mix for a nice ice cream. The leftover stuck to the bowl I loosen with skim milk for a nice slushy for myself.
